At Christy, we want you to love your home essentials; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Ensure all products are in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original packaging.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
